West Midlands · UK

Marketing for trades and local service businesses in the West Midlands.

Birmingham, Solihull, the Black Country and Coventry. AGM is run from the UK: we build the website, answer every enquiry in under a minute, run your Meta and Google ads, and put every lead and booked job in one portal you can check from the van.

Wednesbury · Sandwell

An estate and letting agency

We're building their website and back office now: listings, lettings, compliance reminders for each tenancy, and every enquiry from the site landing in one place with a text to the owner.

Same portal, other towns

Cleaners and a mobile valeter

Two cleaning businesses in Cambridge and a mobile car valeter in Nottingham run on the same system: their own website, enquiries and bookings, review requests, Google Business Profile and Search Console figures.

Who it's for

Businesses that win on booked jobs

Cleaners, roofers, valeters and detailers, estate and letting agents, landscapers, builders and other trades. If a booked visit or a valuation is where the money starts, the system is built for you.

The West Midlands isn't one market

Customers search by town, not by region. So the website, the Google listing and the ad areas are set around the places you actually want work from.

01

Birmingham & Solihull

Win your patch first, then reach the rest of the city

Birmingham is the biggest market in the region, and its "near me" searches are packed with directories and national franchises. Google's map results lean hard on where your business is verified, so a one-van firm wins the postcodes around its base, and reaches the rest of the city through ads and pages that rank on their own. Inside the A4540 Middleway, the Clean Air Zone charges non-compliant vans a daily fee; if you'd rather not work in the centre, the ads don't pay for clicks from there.

02

The Black Country

Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley and Sandwell

Towns that run into each other, where people search "roofer Walsall" or "cleaner West Bromwich", not "Black Country". Each town gets the results for its own name, so your site names the towns you cover in sentences about real jobs, never in a keyword list at the bottom of the page. Recommendations here still travel through local Facebook groups, which is why fast replies and a steady run of Google reviews count for so much.

03

Coventry

A city with a big rental market

Two universities in and beside the city mean a lot of rented homes, and a rush when student tenancies change over in the summer: end-of-tenancy cleans, letting agents, landlords' repairs and gas safety checks. We move ad budget into those weeks and back out again, so you're not paying for the quiet months.

04

Further out

The rest of the region

Businesses in Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire and Herefordshire work the same way: one website, one portal, ads drawn around the area you cover. Tell us where your jobs come from on the call and we'll map it.

Built for the UK rules, not copied from a US playbook

Reviews

Honest reviews, asked of everyone

Since April 2025 the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act has banned fake reviews and hiding incentivised ones. The review request goes to every customer once a job is marked done, with no discount for a good one and no picking only the happy customers.

Texts & email

Follow-up that stays on the right side of PECR

Replying to someone who asked you for a quote is service, not marketing. Anything promotional after that needs their consent or the soft opt-in for existing customers, so the system records how every contact came in.

Listings

The directories people here actually use

Google Business Profile first, then Bing Places and Apple Business Connect, then the trade directories that show up in local results, such as Checkatrade, TrustATrader, Yell and MyBuilder. Same name, number and areas everywhere.

Money & time

Pounds, UK hours, your own accounts

Your ad budget is in pounds and goes to Meta and Google from accounts in your name. The strategy call is booked in UK time. Our fee is set on that call, once we've seen your area and your numbers.

Want the detail first? See how the system runs week by week and everything that's included. We also work with contractors and home service businesses across New York.

West Midlands questions

Yes. All seven boroughs: Birmingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Sandwell and Coventry, and the counties around them. Everything is set up and run remotely, so where you're based doesn't limit what we can do.

Usually not, and anyone promising it is guessing. Google's map results favour businesses close to the person searching, measured from the address your listing is verified at. We make you as strong as possible around your base with reviews, photos and a well-kept listing, and reach the rest of the city with ads and website pages, which aren't tied to your address.

No. AGM is run from the UK and set up to work remotely. Strategy calls are on video or the phone at a time that suits you, and you get one named person who runs your account.

The fee is set on the strategy call, in pounds, once we've seen your area, your prices and what a booked job is worth to you. Your ad budget is separate and is paid straight to Meta and Google from your own accounts.

Yes. Keep any directory that brings you work. We make sure your name, number and areas match your Google listing, and point those profiles at your own website so the enquiries land in your portal instead of someone else's.

Yes. On top of the website and enquiries, the portal has property listings, lettings and tenancy compliance reminders for agencies. We're building it for an agency in Wednesbury now.
