1. Program Description

Sends project updates, campaign performance reports, appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and customer support messages to clients who submitted a service inquiry or engaged AGM, and explicitly opted in via the website contact form checkbox. Marketing messages sent only to those who opted in separately.

2. Cancellation

Text “STOP” to the number that messaged you. Confirmation sent via SMS. Re-opt in to rejoin.

4. Carrier Liability

Not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & Data Rates

May apply; frequency varies with engagement.

Services

AGM provides digital marketing and lead generation services, including but not limited to lead generation campaigns, e-commerce marketing support, paid advertising, funnel and CRM setup, and related consulting. Scope outlined in individual client agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete information; maintain confidentiality of account credentials.

Payment Terms

Per individual agreements; invoices due upon receipt unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual Property Rights

Materials, designs and content remain AGM's IP until full payment is received; ownership transfers to the client upon full payment. No unauthorized reproduction or distribution of site materials.

Disclaimers

Services provided “as is,” no warranties. You indemnify AGM against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

No liability for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability capped at the amount paid for the specific service.

Termination

Per individual service agreement; outstanding payments remain due; AGM may suspend access for violations.

Third-Party Links

Not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Governing Law

Governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Disputes resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in New York.
