All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential.

Customer Communication: Records of inquiries and service requests, project details and preferences, service history and feedback.

- Service Providers — hosting, CRM, payment processing, SMS aggregators, solely to deliver consented messages, all contractually bound to confidentiality

All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, except aggregators and providers of the Text Message service itself.
