Marketing for contractors and home service businesses in New York.

The five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester and the Hudson Valley, up to Albany, Syracuse, Rochester and Buffalo. One team builds your website, texts every lead back in under a minute, runs your Meta and Google ads and puts the booked jobs on your calendar. Call or text 347-909-4949.

New York is four different markets

Licensing, tolls, weather and how far a crew will drive all change across the state. The website, the Google listing and the ad areas are set to match where you can, and want to, work.

01

New York City

Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island

Every borough is its own search market, and Google's map results shift every few blocks. Home improvement work in the city needs a Home Improvement Contractor license from the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection; if you hold one, the number goes on your site and your ads, where most competitors bury it. Trucks pay the congestion toll every time they enter Manhattan below 60th Street, so if those jobs don't pay for the trip, the ads don't buy clicks from there.

02

Long Island

Nassau and Suffolk

Each county licenses home improvement contractors on its own, and a Nassau license doesn't cover Suffolk, or the city. Your pages and ads say which county you're licensed in, and the ad areas stop at the county line you can't work past, so you never pay for a lead you'd have to turn down.

03

Westchester & the Hudson Valley

Yonkers, New Rochelle, White Plains, Rockland and Putnam

Westchester, Rockland and Putnam license home improvement contractors too, and Westchester requires the license number on advertising. We put it into every Facebook and Google ad and every page as standard, rather than leaving it to chance.

04

Upstate

Albany, Syracuse, Rochester and Buffalo

Snow sets the calendar. Roofing, concrete, pavers and landscaping slow down from December to March, so spend moves to indoor work like epoxy floors and remodeling, and to booking spring jobs before the thaw, when everyone else starts advertising at once.

Set up for the US rules from day one

Texting

Registered business texting

Texts from a US business number have to be registered with the carriers (A2P 10DLC), or they get filtered and never arrive. Your number is registered before the first follow-up goes out, and your forms ask for consent to text in plain words.

Reviews

Reviews that hold up

The FTC's rule on consumer reviews bans fake reviews and paying for good ones. Every customer gets the same review request once the job is marked done, with no incentive and no screening out the unhappy ones.

Listings

Google, then the places New Yorkers look

Google Business Profile first, then Bing Places and Apple Business Connect, then Yelp, Angi, Nextdoor and the BBB where they bring you work. Same name, number and service area everywhere.

Budget

Your accounts, your money

The ad budget, $1,000-$1,500 a month at minimum in most service markets, goes straight to Meta and Google from accounts in your name. Our fee is set on the strategy call, once we've seen your area and your numbers.

New York questions

No. We work with businesses anywhere in New York State: the five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, the Hudson Valley, the Capital Region, Central New York and Western New York.

We can aim ads anywhere, but county and city home improvement licenses don't carry over, so we keep the ads inside the areas you're licensed for. If you get the city license later, we open the boroughs up the same week.

In Westchester, yes: licensed contractors have to show it on their advertising. Elsewhere it's good practice anyway, because it's one of the first things a careful customer checks. We add it to every ad and page whichever county you're in. Your licensing office has the final word on the rules.

Not from one listing. Google's map results favour businesses near the person searching, measured from the address your listing is verified at, and in the city that radius is small. We make you strong around your base, and reach the other boroughs with ads and website pages, which aren't tied to your address.

Most clients see their first booked appointments 7-14 days after launch. The website and CRM go live in week one and the ads in week two; ad accounts then need a few days to settle.

Whenever suits you. The booking calendar shows times in your own time zone, with a switch to New York time, and calls are on video or the phone.
